1. Who we are and what you accept

The Tribe Projects service is provided by Agencia Audit4Web. Its address and the applicable jurisdiction are those set out in the terms and conditions of audit4web.com. By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms and the privacy notice.

2. The service

Tribe Projects is a project management platform for team leaders and freelancers. It brings together the task plan, the Kanban board, the Gantt chart and a progress dashboard, and lets you share a read-only link with your clients.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials and tell us if you detect unauthorised use. We recommend turning on two-step verification. You are responsible for the activity carried out from your account.

4. Your content and client links

• You are responsible for the information you enter: projects, tasks, people's names, dates and logos. You confirm that you have the right to use it.
• When you create a client link, anyone who has it can view that project in read-only mode until the link expires or you revoke it. Share it only with the right people.

5. Acceptable use

• You may not use the service to store or spread unlawful or offensive content, or content that infringes the rights of others.
• You may not try to breach the platform, bypass plan limits, reverse-engineer the service or resell access.

6. Plans and payments

• Free plan: up to 1 active project, with advertising spaces.
• Paid annual plan: up to 5 active projects and no advertising, for 60.00 USD per year. It is a one-off payment for one year, with no automatic renewal. If you pay before it expires, the new year is added to the current one.
• Payments are processed by PayPal. The plan is activated when PayPal confirms the charge.
• If you need a Mexican tax invoice (factura timbrada), the final price will change once taxes are added and the payment method will be different. For help with the process, write to manager@tribeprojects.app.

7. When the plan expires

When the annual plan expires, the account returns to the free plan without deleting anything. If you have more active projects than the free plan allows, a grace period of 30 days begins: one project of your choice stays editable and the others become read-only. We will email you before it ends. If you do not renew, at the end of the period only the projects that exceed the free plan are deleted. Before that you can download all your data from Settings.

8. Refunds

The annual plan is not refundable once activated, except for a duplicate charge or a system error, if requested within 30 days of the payment. If you open a dispute with PayPal, the related plan may be suspended while it is resolved. To request a review, write to manager@tribeprojects.app with your account email.

9. Intellectual property

Your content remains yours. The platform, its design, brand and software belong to Agencia Audit4Web or its licensors.

10. Availability

We try to keep the service available, but there may be interruptions for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control.

11. Limitation of liability

The platform and its creators undertake to provide the service in a professional and diligent manner, applying a level of care, knowledge and skill reasonably consistent with the nature of the service and usual industry practice. They will also make commercially reasonable efforts to keep it running and to address any incidents that may arise.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as expressly set out in these terms. All other warranties, conditions or representations, express or implied, are excluded, including, where the law allows, those relating to merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, continuity, accuracy or freedom from errors.

The platform does not guarantee that the service will be available without interruption or free of faults, or that it will meet every particular need or expectation of each user. When interruptions, errors or vulnerabilities are detected, reasonable efforts will be made to correct them within an appropriate time, taking into account their severity and the circumstances.

Nothing in this clause limits or excludes any warranties, rights or liabilities that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. If any exclusion or limitation is not valid in a jurisdiction, it will apply only to the maximum extent permitted by that law.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time from Settings.

13. Languages and translations

Tribe Projects is available in several languages. These terms and the privacy notice are offered in translation as a courtesy. If a translation differs from the Spanish version, the Spanish version prevails.

14. Changes, governing law and contact

We may update these terms and will publish the current version on this page. They are governed by the law and courts set out in the terms and conditions of audit4web.com. Questions: manager@tribeprojects.app.
