1. Data controller

Agencia Audit4Web, whose address and jurisdiction are those set out in the terms and conditions of audit4web.com (hereinafter “Tribe Projects”), is responsible for processing your personal data under this notice. You can contact us at manager@tribeprojects.app.

2. Data we process

• Account: email address, password (stored with a secure hashing algorithm, never as text), your two-step verification key (encrypted), country, time zone, language, theme and notification preferences.
• Your project content: project and client names, leads, tasks, descriptions, notes, assigned people, key dates and logos. Texts are stored encrypted on the server.
• Change history of each project, also encrypted, so you can see who changed what.
• Client links: their label (encrypted), their validity and whether they were revoked.
• Security: open sessions with their IP address and browser, so you can close them from Settings, and a random identifier for each device so we can email you when someone signs in from a new one.
• Payments: processed by PayPal. We do not store your card details. We keep the amount, the date, the period paid and the PayPal transaction identifiers.

3. What we use your data for

• Creating and managing your account, and providing the service.
• Showing your projects to the clients you share a link with.
• Managing your plan, your payments and invoicing.
• Sending you verification, password recovery, security and plan expiry emails.
• Protecting the platform: preventing fraud, abuse and unauthorised access.
• Preparing internal usage reports, with aggregated figures only and without the content of your projects.

4. Who we share information with

• PayPal, to process payments.
• The platform's hosting and email provider.
• The people you send a client link to, who will see that project in read-only mode.
• Authorities, when there is a legal requirement.

The free plan shows advertising spaces. Today they do not load any third-party code; before enabling an advertising provider we will update this notice. We do not sell your personal data. The administration console does not show the content of your projects.

5. Cookies

We only use cookies that the site needs to work: the session cookie, the form protection cookie, the cookie for the language you chose and the recognised device cookie (it lasts two years). We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.

6. Retention

• Your account and project data are kept while the account is active, or until you delete each project.
• When a paid plan expires, the projects that exceed the free plan are deleted at the end of the grace period, as explained in the terms.
• Deleting your account from Settings erases your account, projects, tasks, links, logos and history.

7. Your rights

From Settings you can download all your data and delete your account at any time. You can also request access to, rectification or cancellation of your data, object to its processing and withdraw your consent by writing to manager@tribeprojects.app with your account email and the request. We will reply within the time limits set by applicable law.

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections, two-step verification, encryption of sensitive information, isolation of each account's data and an activity log. No system is infallible, and we will notify you of any incident that affects you when the law requires it.

9. Changes to this notice

We will publish any change on this page and update the last updated date.
